Returns Policy

Please read before sending your item for return.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for domestic (U.S.) orders and 14 days for international orders.

Final sale items & watches are Non-Returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Return Shipping Fees & Additional Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
  • A mandatory Handling and Restocking Fee will be assessed and deducted from the refund. This fee is $35 USD.
  • A supplemental $35 USD fee will be deducted for certain items requiring specialized return logistics or high-cost supplier processing. You will be notified if this fee applies to your return.
  • For all returns or cancellations, the non-refundable merchant processing fees charged by the payment gateway (e.g., PayPal, credit card processors) will be deducted from the refund.

When sending your return, always use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery (for domestic orders) or 14 days after delivery (for international orders).

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.


Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale and final sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are not as described. If you need to exchange your item for a similar one, send us an email before returning your item.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
