Each order is ready for shipment within the same or next business day after the order is approved and processed. All orders are shipped FedEx overnight and are fully insured at no charge to the customer. A recipient aged 21 years or older must be present to provide a signature upon receipt of the package. Products will be mailed from Los Angeles, CA.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. No returns accepted for watches.

Please note that international shipping charges, duties, taxes, and insurance are the customer’s responsibility, and credit card payments are not accepted for international orders.
