Rest assured, we can have the diamond back in our store for you to view, usually within a short timeframe, should you wish to proceed with the purchase.

Shipping / Returns
Each order is ready for shipment within the same or next business day after the order is approved and processed. All orders are shipped FedEx overnight and are fully insured at no charge to the customer. A recipient aged 21 years or older must be present to provide a signature upon receipt of the package. Products will be mailed from Los Angeles, CA.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. No returns accepted for watches.
